Refund policy

Refund Policy Timeframe:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any problems.

The order must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please do not send any returns without authorisation from our team first. 

Unfortunately anything returned after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Packaging Requirements:

Please ensure the product is packed carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
